This equipment adopts advanced vacuum technology and ultrasonic cleaning principles, enabling effective removal of oil, grease, and impurities from the surface of workpieces. It is especially suitable for spring manufacturing processes that require a high level of cleanliness.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The ultrasonic cleaning machine is a fully automated cleaning system, with the entire operation controlled by a PLC and touch screen interface. The operator places the cleaning basket filled with workpieces onto the loading conveyor. The basket is then automatically conveyed to the loading station, where a robotic arm transfers it to each cleaning station in sequence.
